Water

We use less water so there is more for everybody else.

3. Thanks to an avant-garde plant we use 20% less water.

The rigorously integrated and controlled production cycle of our textile Company allows us to save 20% of the water which should be needed to produce Sensitive® fabrics. That’s 88 million litres saved in 6 years, which equates to 36 times the volume of water held in an Olympic swimming pool.

Let's use water responsibly

Thanks to a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Europe, our textile Company can count on a completely integrated manufacturing process that reduces the environmental impact of the plant. In 6 years we have saved 88 million litres of water by reducing consumption by 20%.
The plant is also equipped with an 'HRS' water purification system, which recycles the water used to filter fumes. Every hour, 7,000 litres of water at a temperature of 85°C are collected into a storage tank and reused in the textile manufacturing process and in the plant's heating system.

Essential for the local area

As well as having reduced water consumption with the installation of an integrated recycling system, the water used in the manufacturing process is given to an external consortium for treatment and quality certification
